GARRISON, Judge.
The defendant, Clarence Fluker, was charged by bill of information with manslaughter in violation of R.S. 14:31. On January 26, 1983, he was found guilty as charged by a twelve member jury and was later sentenced to serve twenty-one years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
