PER CURIAM:

Nick Melia, convicted of receiving, concealing, and selling stolen jewelry that had moved in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2315,1 appeals the district court's judgment on the ground of improper venue. We affirm because prosecution in North Carolina was authorized by 18 U.S.C. § 3237(a).
