At trial, Ms. Cynthia Glass represented the State, while Ms. Jane Wynegar and Mr. Ruben Guerrero represented appellant. Appellant was convicted, by jury, of delivery of the controlled substance cocaine. The trial court assessed punishment at twenty-five years incarceration.
