Appellant, Jessie Barry Green, appeals his conviction for sale of a controlled substance (cannabis) in violation of section 893.13(1)(a), Florida Statutes (1983). We affirm. In doing so, we find it necessary to discuss only appellant's first point which he raises on appeal and which he phrased as follows:
