This is a declaratory judgment action brought by Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Co. ("Prudential"). Prudential is seeking to prevent the defendant, Habib Nayerahamadi, from claiming supplementary uninsured motorist benefits under a Prudential auto insurance policy.
