¶ Plaintiff NRT Metals, Inc. (NRTM) is a former dealer in metals and a former supplier of copper to wire manufacturers including defendant Laribee Wire, Inc., and several of its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereafter referred to collectively as Laribee). NRTM is presently in liquidation pursuant to a plan of voluntary liquidation approved by its general creditors in April, 1980.
