OSBORN, Justice.

Carol Johnene Morris appeals from an order revoking probation and sentencing her to confinement for five years. We abate the appeal.

On April 21, 1983, Appellant was found guilty of theft of property of a value of $200.00 or more but less than $10,000.00 and was assessed punishment of confinement for a period of five years and a fine of $500.00. The sentence of confinement was suspended and Appellant was placed on probation...
