On December 17, 1975, Roy Mueller, the claimant in this workers' compensation case, was employed as a gas station attendant at the Crossroads MFA Service Station. On that date he was the victim of a robbery during which he was shot and seriously injured. Mueller filed his claim for workers' compensation against Bill Bay, an owner of the station, and MFA Oil Company...
