Appellants seek review of (1) the trial court's order denying their motion to set aside a default and final judgment entered, it was alleged, as a result of the inadvertence and excusable neglect of their attorney, and (2) the trial court's later order declining to rule on their motion to set aside the default and final judgment, caused by the fraud and misrepresentation of the opposing party.
