Appellant Nagy appeals from a judgment rendered under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, TEX.BUS. & COM.CODE ANN. §§ 17.41-.63 (Vernon Supp.1984) (the DTPA). Nagy contends that the court applied an improper standard in finding that he knew or should have known of a collision involving a motor home which he sold and that there was insufficient evidence to support such a finding.
