The plaintiff, Frank Frumento, brought this action seeking specific performance of a contract entered into with the defendants, Mary Mezzanotte and Louis D'Onofrio, Jr., administrator d.b.n. of the estate of Louis D'Onofrio, co-owners of certain real property located in West Haven. The trial court refused to decree specific performance and this appeal followed.
