This is an appeal from a grant of partial summary judgment on a complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that two state prison inmates were transferred to out-of-state federal prisons in retaliation for the exercise of rights protected under the first amendment. Appellants Frank Grace and Albert Blake, along with three other individuals, were inmates at MCI Walpole and members of the Association for the Reduction of Violence (ARV) in December...
