Order modified so as to provide that plaintiff's motion insofar as it is for a protective order precluding discovery of the reautopsy report is denied and the cross motion insofar as it sought to compel plaintiff to comply with the demand for discovery of the re-autopsy report is granted. As so modified, order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. The order dated March 29, 1983 is modified accordingly.
