The Crosbys appeal from the trial court's order directing a remittitur of $105,000.00 of the $350,000.00 in damages awarded by the jury to Robert Crosby and $20,000 of the $50,000.00 awarded his wife, Bernice, or, if they do not agree to the remittitur, granting defendants' motion for a new trial. Appellees cross-appeal the trial court's denial of their motion for continuance. We strike that portion of the order directing the remittitur, find no abuse...
