At issue is the relative interests of General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) and the Trustee in insurance proceeds derived from damages to the Debtor's truck which was repossessed and sold by GMAC. On November 29, 1983, GMAC moved this Court for an order requiring the Trustee to pay over to it the sum of $5,638.90 representing payments received from United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company...
