The appellant, Robert Davis, was granted a divorce from his former wife, Joan, by a final judgment and decree rendered by the Camden Superior Court in August 1981. The appellee, J. S. Hutto, represented Joan Davis in the divorce action, and the final decree provided that appellant was to pay Hutto $15,500 in attorney fees. The attorney fees were not paid.
