Respondent Judith Greer brought an action to quiet title to real estate and to bar appellants LaVern Greer and Darlyn Abrahamson from claiming any right, title or interest in such property. Her motion for summary judgment was granted by the Carlton County Court which concluded Judith was the owner of the property subject to a vendor's interest in a contract for deed.
