SINGLETON, Judge.

This is an appeal from the denial of relief under Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 35(a).1 Robert Bishop was convicted of driving while intoxicated. AMC 9.28.020(A). The trial court found that Bishop had a particularly bad driving record and sentenced him to 360 days' incarceration. Bishop did not appeal his sentence.
