Alvin and Margaret Block (Block) purchased a farm in 1952 from which a lakefront development of thirty-five lots called Pleasure Park had been subdivided in 1921. The boundary between the Block farm and the rear (northwest) boundary of Pleasure Park has been disputed since Block purchased his property.
