Appellant appeals the trial court's refusal to permit him to withdraw his guilty plea. Appellant claims (1) he is entitled to probation because the trial court and prosecutor allegedly misrepresented appellant would be placed on probation when appellant pleaded guilty, (2) the trial court erred by considering appellant's prior conviction when computing appellant's criminal history...
