OPINION

VOLINN, Bankruptcy Judge:

Dr. T.O. King commenced an action against the debtor, Ms. Stanton, for dissolution of a partnership, an accounting, and a declaration that he was sole owner of the partnership assets. Ms. Stanton asked for the same relief and for a declaration that they held equal shares in the partnership assets. She also cross-claimed for damages.
