Plaintiff was injured at work on September 28, 1976, when the deck of a parking garage on which he was working collapsed, causing plaintiff to fall onto a steel rod. Tryco Steel and Great American Insurance Company (defendants), paid general disability weekly compensation benefits pursuant to the Worker's Disability Compensation Act.
