The widow and minor children of Edward Bollinger filed a claim for Workers' Compensation as a result of Edward's death while on the job. There was no dispute concerning the payment of compensation for the death, but the parties disagreed as to whether or not the compensation should be increased by 15% as provided in § 287.120(4)
