Dr. Marvin Aronson has sued the United States and six government lawyers for naming him as a defendant in the case of U.S. v. City of Philadelphia, and for statements made to the press in connection with that suit. The City of Philadelphia litigation sought broad declaratory and equitable relief against an allegedly pervasive pattern of police abuse denying federal constitutional rights to Philadelphia citizens...
