This appeal primarily raises the question, under Ohio law, as to the admissibility of testimony by the parties to a deed to show that title to the land did not pass upon the handing over of the deed because the parties did not intend for title to pass at that time. The district court held that such testimony was not admissible and that title did pass to the grantee named in the deed. We disagree; we conclude that such testimony...
