(Hanover) was suspended by The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and, pursuant to a proceeding commenced by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), consented to entry of a judgment prohibiting it from trading securities while in violation of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
