In this case the trustee in bankruptcy of Shop-N-Go, Inc. appeals from a Bankruptcy Court order in which the Court held that "the Small Business Administration [SBA] has a security interest by assignment from the Northeast Bank of Sanford in all of the debtor's inventory at any place within Maine ...." The debtor, Shop-N-Go, had filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in June 1981. In November 1981...
