On appeal from his conviction of Murder In The First Degree, Case No. CRF-82-171, and sentence of life imprisonment from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, the appellant, Cortez Dewayne Scott, hereinafter referred to as defendant, raises one assignment of error.
