Defendant, Parks, appeals a judgment quieting title to a strip of land in plaintiff, Piotrowski. The essential issue is whether Parks and Piotrowski's predecessor in interest, Sawyer, effectively executed an oral agreement to establish the boundary between the parties' properties.
