Defendant was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, MCL 333.7401(1), (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(1), (2)(a)(iv), and was convicted by a jury of the lesser included offense of possession of cocaine, MCL 333.7403(1), (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7403)(1), (2)(a)(iv). He was sentenced to one year in the county jail, and appeals as of right.
