This is an appeal from an order granting specific performance of an option to purchase residential property in favor of the purchasers, August and Miriam Johnson. Richard Currington, the appellant, alleges that the trial court erred in ordering specific performance, in dismissing Currington's unlawful detainer action, and in awarding damages between the parties.
