BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal from a decree of the Family Court which dismissed the plaintiff's paternity suit on the basis that it was barred by the statute of limitations.

In early 1980 plaintiff, Sandra Spagnoulo, filed a complaint under the Uniform Law on Paternity against defendant, Arthur Bisceglio. The plaintiff alleged that defendant was the father of her daughter Coleen, born April 19, 1975. After...
