Tyrone H. Powell and Robert E. Horton, defendants herein, appeal their convictions of two separate counts of arson. Powell rented a building from Ewing Lofton in which he operated Powell's Bar-B-Que. Horton was an employee of Powell's Bar-B-Que. Defendants Powell and Horton were each charged with one count of intentionally burning the property of another and with one count of intentionally burning a building...
