The question presented by this appeal is whether a full-time master in chancery may earn credit in the judicial pension plan for continued employment as a master after his seventieth birthday. This question is of particular importance to appellant, Louis H. Cohen, for, if he is able to earn service credit in the plan for the six months between his seventieth birthday on January 14, 1982, and his actual retirement on July 14, 1982, he will be entitled...
