OPINION

WORK, J.

William Leroy's appeal claims the prosecutor breached a plea bargain by not asking the trial court to run his California prison term concurrently with that imposed on separate charges in Kansas to which he pleaded nolo contendere in reliance on that promise. The San Diego prosecutor instead successfully urged the trial court to impose the California prison term consecutively to his Kansas sentence. (1a)
