Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a Bay County Circuit Court order entered on June 17, 1983, granting defendants' motions for accelerated judgment. The trial court granted defendants' motions after determining as a matter of law that plaintiffs' malpractice complaint was barred by the statute of limitations. MCL 600.5838(2); MSA 27A.5838(2); GCR 1963, 116.1(5).
