YETKA, Justice.

Defendant was tried and found guilty of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery in Mille Lacs County District Court. He was sentenced on the murder charge to life imprisonment. We affirm.

The only genuine issue at the trial was whether defendant was capable of acting with intent when he killed the victim. The defendant admitted at trial that he killed Hjalmer Westberg, and defense counsel conceded that the prosecution had proved every element...
