Appellant Chalamidas appeals from the decision of appellee Environmental Improvement Division (EID) revoking his food and drink purveyor's permit, on the grounds that (1) revocation under the facts of this case violated NMSA 1978, Section 25-1-7(C); and (2) the revocation order was based upon evidence that was inadmissible as the fruit of a warrantless administrative search.
