The question posed by this case is whether the construction of a dead-end road is an "improvement to real property," as that phrase is used in G.L.c. 260, § 2B.2 We conclude that it is, and that the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is therefore barred because it was brought more than six years after the completion of the construction project.
