Dreyer, appeals from an order of the Otter Tail County District Court affirming the decision of respondent, Independent School District No. 542, Battle Lake, Minnesota (hereafter school district), to place Dreyer on unrequested leave of absence pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 125.12, subd. 6b (1982).
