PER CURIAM.

On February 4, 1982, defendant was found guilty by a jury of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548. He was sentenced to life in prison and appeals as of right. In a separate trial, defendant's accomplice, Lawrence Dewayne Pontius, was also convicted of first-degree murder.
