On January 14, 1981, Arthur and Evelyn Lillo sued Herbert and Dorothy Thee, seeking specific performance of a real estate contract in which the Lillos had offered to buy, and the Thees had agreed to sell, real estate in West Plains, Missouri, for the sum of $26,500.
