On behalf of the Commonwealth, the Attorney General brought an action to restrain Wellesley Toyota Company, Inc. (Wellesley Toyota), from engaging in "option packing," i.e., selling a new car with accessories, trim, or treatment which the customer has not asked for, and, indeed, would like to do without.2 A Superior Court judge issued a preliminary injunction against Wellesley Toyota from which the latter took
