Goth (hereinafter Goth) appeals from a judgment declaring $29,000.00 in U.S. currency, $727.00 in U.S. currency, and a "handgun" forfeited to the State of Missouri (hereinafter State) pursuant to § 195.140.2, RSMo Supp.1983.
