This is an action in equity brought in the district court for Sheridan County, Nebraska, by Jeffrey A. Johnson and Ronni Johnson, plaintiffs-appellees, hereinafter referred to as Johnsons, against Ruby Mays, individually, defendant-appellant, hereinafter referred to as Mays.
