Robert William Matthews was convicted by a Queen Anne's County jury of two violations of the Controlled Dangerous Substances laws, to wit, possession of marijuana in a sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, possession of controlled paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.
