Appellant Ted Martin was injured when he fell from a scaffold on October 23, 1977, while working for Lockheed Shipyard. Respondent Patent Scaffolding had sold the scaffolding to Lockheed. On the date of his accident appellant did not know the identity of the manufacturer of the scaffolding. Appellant contacted an attorney sometime thereafter. The attorney's affidavit states that...
