This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury verdict for plaintiff in an action on a policy of fire insurance issued by defendant insuring plaintiff's real and personal property against loss by fire. Defendant contends the court erred in submitting the case to the jury because plaintiff did not have an insurable interest in the personal property at the time of the loss and that the court also erred in allowing prejudgment interest.
