OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

This is an appeal by the state from the granting of a motion to suppress. We will view the facts in the light most favorable to the trial court's ruling on the motion to suppress and its ruling will not be disturbed on appeal absent clear and manifest error. State v. Gerlaugh, 134 Ariz. 164, 654 P.2d 800 (1982), supplemented 135 Ariz. 89
