A jury found appellant guilty of theft, found the enhancement allegation to be true, and assessed punishment at confinement for twenty years and a fine of five thousand dollars.

Appellant raises two grounds of error. The first alleges that, because it was outside the scope of the State's search warrant and was the fruit of an illegal search and seizure, certain evidence was admitted...
